WHAT can be returned?
We accept returns on standard items however any custom items (cut hose, control boxes etc) cannot be returned unless the goods supplied were faulty. Payments made on faulty goods will be refunded to the same card used for the original purchase.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Allquip needs to be advised within 30 days of the order being placed that the items will be returned. Anything returned after this time will not receive a credit.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
All returns should be sent to 49 Racecourse Road Rutherford NSW 2320.

HOW do customers return items?
Any items being returned to Allquip need to be sent with the original paperwork for identification.

SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping on returns is not refundable and must be paid for by the customer.

CREDIT for returns?
Any items returned for credit must be returned in an as new condition.

Any items and are faulty due to manufacturer fault will be credited with 30 days of receipt of goods.

Credits will be issued at the descretion of Allquip Water Trucks.

Packing materials?
Items do not need to be in the original packaging however they should be packaged suitabley to prevent damage during shipping?
